If not, how do I request that bios dump?

Make backup of your bios dump
And flash with given bios above from post #1
If no luck than post your backup here some one will fix your bios issue
Always post complete details of your laptop model number, motherboard part number with attach bios file

Sorry, the part number I posted was that of the audio board.
The motherboard has the same part number as in the thread title.

There are 2 files in the zip(8KB and 4KB in size), which one should I use?
There are also 2 chips on the motherboard, both Winbond - 25Q64JVSIQ and 25Q32JVSIQ. Please let me know. Thanks!

i just clear me your files for this Inspiron 15 Gaming ...did you try a good known ram , did you separate the cmos from motherboard when power on !!

yes i replace ram many times, and cmos also removed.
