Looking for help with wiring schematic please.

Im sure this is simple for most people out there but Im a bit new to this. Looking for help with the attached please.

Simple enough, except a little unsure about the vbus wire up. I can see on 2 of the connectors the 4 wires are joined.... but cant figure out if they go off somewhere . Do.i just join the four points on both conectors and leave. Or do the 4 wires join together on both conectors and then join to each other.

I am reasonably sure those arrows mean they connect to each other. It helps to simpify the drawing.
