At 150Va it's quite limiting what you can work on with it.
    My isolation transformer is 3KVa.

Depends on what you want to do with it, yes, you can't use it for isolating 300W PSU at full load but for smaller devices and loads it should be fine.

Would work fine for a AA5 radio.

I have a B&K Precision TR-110 which is only 350VA, but it works well enough for my purposes. I think I burned the fuse once, forgot what I tried powering with it. May have been the nonisolated output...

It's targeted for doing TV repair, 1.25A continuous and 2A intermittent 6lbs.
Fine for troubleshooting and repair, but maybe a bit small if working on something that is loaded down past 150W.
I can't remember if it has an electrostatic shield or not.

          Update

I decided to buy this one instead because of your input on this post

          ISOLATION TRANSFORMER ISO-500 - 500VA

          https://www.ebay.com/itm/18075035223...53.m2749.l2649

For the most I going to use it for computer switching power supply and small switching power supply for testing purposes ( with a variable transformer ) and not using it for continuously running a device

Also using it for testing LED light bar strips when I do not know what voltage they are ( isolation transformer with the variable transformer ) using a testing jig

True, I hate moving the 350VA unit around, heavy and nowhere to get a good grip on it, dropping it on your foot when moving it will sure do some damage...

I'd agree with Diif - I don't have a big a one as he does (oooh errr) but my isolation transformer is 2KVA.. Anything much less than that is too limiting IMHO. My Variac is also 2KVA BTW so they match perfectly.

While testing High power stage lighting in the past, I have known for the thermal trip on my Isolation transformer to trigger - so for sure I know 2KVA is occasionally not enough
