Macbook Air A1466 820-3437-B No Power, no green light

Hello Everyone the board was water damaged and switched off
so i tried to clean it with 99% spirit when it switched off.

after that i tried to switch it on and what it did was it boot then off, boot then off then eventually boots at the third attempt.

so i removed the motherboard and i then did a mild reflow on the SMC (U5000) AND Then when i tried to switch it on then nothing happens, up to now nothing is happening

VOLTAGES:

PPBUS_G3H = 8.20V
PP3V42_G3H = 3.42V
PPVRTC_G3H = 3.3V
PP5V_S5 = 0V
PP5V_S4RS3 = 0V
PP3V3_S5 = 0V
PP3V3_S4 = 0V
PP3V3_SUS = 0V
PP3V3_S3 = 0V
PP3V3_S5_AVREF_SMC = 3.29V
PM_SLP_S4_L = 0V
SMC_ONOFF_L = 3.41V


SO PLEASE CAN YOU HELP ME. I'M REALLY STUCK

I'm not sure where to start looking at

It was turning on, you reflowed the SMC, it's not turning on. Should be pretty obvious what the problem is…

ohhh yeah so does this mean that i have to reball the SMC,

can i be able to take the one from a donor board? with of the board number (820-3437-B)?
