Haven't got the tv yet but had a chance to buy it so I was just wondering if it's the dreaded LED bulb failure
But I'll post when I get the TV

Shopjimmy does not have any pictures of the boards for this model for me I can at least see how LED strips are connected to the board.

@Budm a bit late but here is pictures as i am working on same tv just now. i used an led tested to test voltages going to the back-lights and one was slightly lower than the others. i cant seem to see any image on screen either though.

Sorry to drag this post from the archives but can anyone point me in the direction of where to locate the led driver board for this model. Have looked everywhere and out of stock everywhere ��*♂️

Since 2015/2017 the last post in this thread, LED backlight failure has become the number one issue with LED TVs. If the the backlights flash, turn off or don't come on at all, the backlights are the main suspect and not the led driver board.

on Toshiba 46 TL series, the way to know LED back light issue. while the set on unplug and plug it fast the socket of 24V between power board and LED inverter boards which are on the left side of the power boards.. your backlight will come on again. ( SOS signal of turning off BL take effect only at start up the TV.. this why this method will by pass the sos signal)
