MacBook Pro 13" 820-3115 - No LCD_IG_PWR_EN

Hello guys, Have problem with display, the external display works fine, mac's lcd totaly black. All voltages is present except on u9000 pin 1 which is gate, pp3v3_s5 is present. Any idea what can be? I think about u1800, if this IC broken then I have some problems

Any more details as what U9000 is? P-ch? N-ch?
You do have backlights nut no pictures, or no backlights?
The more details and schematics you ptovide will get you a lot more helps.
