Asus PA246 monitor possibly blown caps? HELP please.

Okay so I dont know anything about caps or anything like that im new to all this but my asus monitor went out and when I asked on reddit what it could be after telling them it was at frist having trouble staying on then just completely stopped turning and no LED power light when it was off anymore they said it was possibly a blown cap.

I contacted asus and since it was out of warranty they said it would prob cost $300 to repair I would rather buy a new monitor as I didnt even pay half that much for it in the first place anyway I digress.

Im here to see if you guys can take a look at this pictures I took and tell me if it looks like a blown cap?

I will attach the photos below. I believe the brown caps are fine its the blacks ones im unsure of I dont know if its flat or bulged sometimes it looks like it is bulged on top and other times it looks flat to me can you let me know if anything looks off and also your opinions on what I should do, I will take more pics if needed. Thank you

I think those are startup caps. Can't tell the series or manufacturer though
