    gv-n208sgaming-8gc no 1.8v

Hi, I have a Gigabyte RTX 2080 Super graphics card, model gv-n208sgaming-8gc rev 2.0. The issue I'm facing is that I don't have the 1.8V voltage. I have checked similar schematics (from a Gigabyte RTX 2080) and found that the enable signal in U11, responsible for the 1.8V, is missing. Using a boardview of a Gigabyte RTX 2080 Super OC, I discovered an AND gate that is missing the PS_VMON_PGOOD voltage, which is provided by U37 (INA3221AIRGVR), but that component is not present on my graphics card. I would appreciate any hints on where I could look for a solution. Thank you very much. I have attached photos of the measurements.
P.S.: The logic gate is functioning properly, and the resistors are not open; they have been removed, replaced, and tested.

Q10 is not there and in Q7 I have the values of the photo, is q7 broken? Supposedly it is an LS3018NG-3T3R but I have not found the datasheet or the component to buy it.
