Got myself a new soldering iron

Yeah, it's nothing special, but it'll do the job better than the 25watt. I don't have the money to go with something nice right now.. Maybe in the future if I really get into this. But the 40 watt should be okay for now!

Hmm... I thought that it was... that might not be the exact one that I have. I'll have to check tomorrow... the iron is out in the truck.

Checked it, it's not grounded . So that's really important? The only grounded iron RatShack has is a 15 watt, and I already have one of those and it sucks.

I got one from biglots for $2.99, dont remember the watts but it gets hot enough, the problem is it gets so hot the tip is melting.

Well, I returned the ungrounded iron and will have to order one that's grounded. Nuts...
