    Vizio D50f-E1 doesn't turn on

Nothing happens visually when plugged in.
    Holding power button same result.
Power supply generates 30V for backlight and 19V for main board.
I found feedback resistors for 19V and figured out it's correct.
On the main board, lots of other voltages are present: 5/3.3/1.5/1/2V
Panel voltage is missing (assume CPU doesn't enable it) and ON signals to PS are low (close to 0V)
    CPU is warm.
Connected ethernet cable, the router doesn't recognize TV.

I suspect it's bricked or BGA, but would like to get some opinions.
If someone could share service manual, it would be great.
I did find one for E series which helped with power supply troubleshooting.

Also, can I use main board from same series, but different screen sizes?

    Update:
There is PS_ON 3.2V coming back from main board which enables backlight PS.
But backlight on/off and dim inputs are all zeroes, so backlights are off.
