EVGA X58 - trying to fix RAM VRM, help identify component

I got my hands on very nice EVGA 1366 motherboard which has no power to RAM. I found burnt diode (D11) which appears to power driver on the other side of board, which is shorted. If I put new diode in, it burn out immediately after powering up.
This IC (driver?) has some markings on it, but I cant find datasheet for this IC, can you please help?
Picture of IC, zoomed out IC and other side of board with diode.

Motherboard is EVGA 141-BL-E757-TR X58 SLI
