Customer was using like this before i repaired TV .
Carried out a complete reset at workshop , therefore all settings lost .
Spent at least half an hour trying to set up her iPhone as a hot spot last night after delivering TV back but couldn't work it out .
Anyone know the correct procedure .
I also suggested she checks out the Sony consumer support site .
