ASUS STRIX 1080 - No Vcore

Hi, I have an ASUS STRIX GTX 1080. Board number CG413P Rev 1.0.
I am missing Vcore, Vmem and PEX. No shorts on major power rails and I have 5v and 1.8v. I checked UP9511P and I have 5v on VCC and 2.4V on EN but I still don't have Vcore. Any ideas? Thanks!

Maybe that chip is bad if it gives no output.
If I remember correct u need pex before u get vcore and vmem.
