Another E172fpb This time twins-help to Diagnose /Repair

I have two monitor identical ones.
The brand on it is dell but the el board clearly prints name benq.

Some numbers of of the units:
    CN-0m1609-4663-3ak-54WL(lcd #1)
    CN-0m1609-4663-435-36gl (lcd#2)
    E172fpb

LCD#1 turn on after 1 seconds goes blank.Show display protection when powered first then a color test on left bottom when repeatetly powered.

LCD#2 turn on it flicks ones and power light blinks .

Where to start to diagnose bad parts.
Boards have no visible damage.Nice monitors.

previous post mentioned transistor(how do i test them)?
Also the caps (what to look for when replacing them size for size and best place to buy them?
Should i replace them all and where to start on that.

Will i work on power supply board (eazy )or on the smaller lcd control board (tiny hard to replace parts)?

The problem is in the larger power board, not in the smaller video board.

If the 2SC5707 transistors are the fault, the D44H11 transistors are a great alternative to the 2SC5707 transistors if you cannot source the original 2SC5707 transistors. The MJE3055 transistor was mentioned in some places, but it will run VERY HOT in normal operation if used.

      Ok that is good
.But I do not see any visible damage on capacitors or any other damage. So how to start testing this boards?

I got el. tester jus need a hint where to start?

Should i just replace all the capacitors to start with?
      Should I Test circuitry?
