Toshiba Equium L40-141 schematic and help needed.

I have a Toshiba Equium L40-141 (PSL49e-004005k5) Teresa20 rev2.2.

I just has charger Led on. Removed battery and held power button laptop powred to bios screen then shut down straight away. I need a schematic diagram for this also what voltage should be on the power switch. There are various voltages scattered around 2 max Ic's.

I cannot locate the bios chip on this.

hi ya have a similiar problem on a satellite pro l40. powers on to toshiba screen and then switches off. take power supply out hold power button for 10seconds and i can power it to the toshiba screen again before it shuts down. would i be right in thinking that it is a bad cap somewhere??

ps what part ireland you in??
