This monitor would power on, but the screen remained black.
So, I suspected it might be the power inverter that's causing this symptom.
I opened the case, and found several blown caps on the inverter or the power supply.
By the way, I forgot to picture the inverter PCB.
The blown ones were two Capxon 1000uf 25v caps and three Capxon 220uf 25V caps.
They were replaced by Rubycon caps with the same specs.
Now the monitor works perfectly.
