MSI GP62M 7RDX nickel of PCH broken and 3v shorted

Hello, I have a MSI GP62M 7RDX, MB : MS-16J91 rev 1

I saw that the PCH is broken, and it has a brown stain (gone after scratching and no trace on copper).

Do you know if cracked nickel on PCH means it is dead please ? I found another issue ; 3v line shorted and that could explain why the laptop don't start (no light, no led, nothing after pressing power button). And I don't saw anything shorted around PCH, but I don't know how to check it.

One small crack or chip is enough to kill it, its as dead as a dodo
