    Toshiba 43L3763DG Has sound and backlight but no picture

    Hello, this TV has sound and backlight but there is no picture. I have 12v on the T-Con fuse but on the flex side there are no voltages. Can anyone help?

    Please provide good clear pictures of the whole back side of the TV showing all the boards and also straight shot of the whole T-CON board so we can see what we are dealing with, please use 'Go Advanced' to attach the pictures.

        when you say "no voltages on the flex side"... what does that mean? list which ones that you have checked. One other test, if you disconnect, one cable at a time, the cabling going from the tcon to the panel, what is the resulting display?

          I removed the right flex and the side of the screen which the flex was removed turned white. Put it back in and removed the left flex, the screen was all black though, not white like with the other flex.
