    Caps discoloring

    Hi all,

I'm new here, trying to get some help with a repair
We found a short on the PPVDD_GPU

I want to hope it's only bad capacitors, the attached pic shows the short area
Getting 0V on all caps marked in red

Other areas of the board seem to get the correct Voltages

Can I assume the problem is with a burned cap?
Will try to send direct Voltage to a cap in the circuit and check what gets hot first

If we find a bad cap and replace / remove it, and assuming problem consists, what would be the next step for the troubleshoot?
Also sending a pic of the caps in question, some are discoloredhttps://ibb.co/tZxj2sV but I don't know if that's normal or that's an indication for bad caps

    tnx in advance

Not all MLCCs are the same outer color.
