It might or might not be a silergy SY8386RHC .Some sellers list it with different marking codes, eH*** and Kd*** , don`t know for certain without a datasheet and at the moment its only available to customers with a mysilergy account.

One of our members contacted me via PM and said on his LA-H101P motherboard the marking was Kd . So eH or Kd ?

Hey. I am also looking for this component what it is. Someone spilled coffee on the IC. Here is the picture from a good one and also broken one.

Does anyone know what this ic could be? eHCNI is the ic

                          Thank you.

                          P.S.:

Kd*** is confirmed as SY8388RHC, please check this thread https://www.elvikom.pl/prosba-o-dobr...hc-t70180.html and this one http://www.tecnologos.net/viewtopic.php?t=5635
eH*** then seems to be SY8386RHC.

Anyone have the schematics? I have this board with a short on the big electrolyic caps (330uF) near the cpu and this would really help to identify which rail is affected and isolate the short.

                                Hi,

Here are the schematics I found for the G15-5510 / LA-K662P -> [MOD EDIT] Link to schematic https://www.badcaps.net/forum/showthread.php?t=111546
Look at the schematic on page 90.

It seems close enough on this part of the circuits.

The SY8388RHC chip generates 3V3_ALW(ays). It powers the Embedded Controller / SuperIO which is the chip listening to the power button and triggering the powering up of the laptop. Sadly, it seems to be no longer manufactured.

                                I hope this helps someone.

                                Cheers,
                                eum
