I have a weird fault with two 1070s. They both have proper activity on BIOS clk, cs and do/di lines as well as vmem, vcore and pex voltage. Resistances of individual phases are also ok.
However they are not being identified with MATs (report.txt is empty) and windows reports error 43.
Does anybody experienced similar type of behavior? What was the cause?
Additional question - are BIOS chips interchangeable in between brands (Winbond, IS, etc.)? The datasheets look like they are.
