Zotac RTX2080Ti 11g - bad memory channel, after change still the same

i have this Zotac 2080Ti 11GB which shows completelly bad memory D0 and D1. Lines of artefacts on screen. I change IC to new, but it shows the same error. There must be something bad on that channel. i try to measure resistances and voltages, but no luck. Card have not good cooler so maybe ball under GPU

Sounds like a bad memory controller in the core. Unfortunately I am afraid you will either have to scrap the card or change the core.

what to check? i dont want to reball gpu just for fun
