Gigabyte 3060Ti oc vision cannot pflash vbios IS25WP080D

Hello. I have hard time flash bios of Gigabyte 3060Ti OC vision 8GB. bios ic is IS25WP080D

Proframmer is RT809F. programmer dont have problem detect ic, it detect its 1.8V but when try to flash it it wont verifi anything or wont erase it

any help why this happend?

looks like i kill bios ic. i grab another from 1660s and it program and work ok
