Picking the right pcb preheater within budget.

Hi, I've wanted to try reballing for some time.
The only equipment I need at the moment is the bottom heater and something to measure the heat on the board.
I went on ebay but wasn't quite sure what I should look for in the specs.

Should I get one that monitors the heat on the board also or should I buy a different "unit" to monitor the heat.
How big heating area should I look for?

Budget is about 2-300$.
I was looking at High Power Infrared PCB IR PREHEATING OVEN.

But then I found Aoye 853A which looks much better but has to small heating space (I think).

Not really thinking of buying this as professional equipment, just to repair things I couldn't for bragging rights

Well, you said 2-300, so it can be interpreted as "from $2 to $300"
I think you meant 200-300.
