Surge Components SAMR series capacitor, https://html.alldatasheet.com/html-p...47/1/SAMR.html

Metallized film, wrap-and-fill, axial lead. The 85C temperature rating suggests polypropylene, though the short generic data sheet "feels" like polyester. Cornell Dubilier has film capacitors, https://www.cde.com/capacitors/film-...citors/axial-1 .

given it's location, a box-style .47uf 250v polyester or polypropylene cap will be fine.
no need to pay premium for an axial style

Concur. The DO-4 or DO-5 case rectifiers suggest that the equipment being repaired may be 30 or 40 years old, when that type of case was more commonly used, and wrap-and-fill tubular film caps were more common. Box and epoxy-dipped radial film caps are probably more common and more readily available nowadays.
