Need Help to dump Surface Pro 4 Bios

Hi,

I am trying to dump the Bios of my daughter's Surface because the UEFI is password protected and I can't reinstall it.

I am using the command fptw64.exe -Bios - d Surfacebios.bin to dump it but I have the error:

Error 201: [FPTw64.exe] cannot be run on the current platform.

Can I use it on Surface Pro 4?

I make a backup with CSME System Tools v11 r40. I join a zip of my backup. If someone can help me to find UEFI password you save me.

My Dear Helper,

Please help me remove UEFI password and its corruption.

Initially, it boots to UEFI asking for password. After trying hard way, it stops booting.
