[820-3024] Macbook Air A1370 11.6" Mid 2011 Green Light, no Power

Hi all, I have a 11.6" Macbook Air A1370 from Mid 2011, board number 820-3024.

Gets green light on charger but doesn't do anything when power button pressed. Tested different DC in boards, and without screen, keyboard/trackpad, wireless card, SSD, etc. but same result. Had pretty bad water damage around U6210 area (pics attached).

PPBUS_G3H = 8.39V
PP3V42_G3H = 3.388V
PPVRTC_G3H = 3.315V
PP5V_S5 = 5.032V
PP5V_S0 = 0V

Same issue after cleaning thoroughly with high purity isopropyl alcohol.

Why not go through the list of power rail and measure voltage and resistance to ground as usual?
