Lenovo yoga 7i

Hi all after a bit of advice please.
I have a Lenovo yoga 7i. Running windows 11
I purchased this from a well known auction site. The problem is I wanted to upgrade the ssd to a bigger capacity but it won’t see any other drives apart from the original. It seems there’s bitlocker on the original drive.

Is there anything you could suggest to help with this
