    Lenovo Thinkpad E570 (Rev. 3.0) - BIOS Dump ?

    Hello to all !

I have in my hands a
Lenovo Thinkpad E570 ,that turns on ,passes all extended tests (after stress) BUT.
It hungs up , as soon as i try to install any Windows 10 , install (USB) brand new, different ones, as soon as it loads the (turning cycle) , it crashes and shows.

    ACPI ERROR BIOS

Tried to reset it , default settings ,tried everything, but everytime shows a different BIOS ERROR.

    So....

(I have also tried some dumps i found around here on site but to either of those, it doesn't even boot up).

    So ....

    I need a dump for
    E570 REV. 3.0
    I7 7500U + NVIDIA GPU.

    Thanks in advance.

                Really strange behaviour.

Laptop got stressed again in the extended test, and passed all diagnostics just fine, even 180minutes stress of RAM (Brand new)
Tried SATA, tried M.2 ,tried New Windows 10 USB stick (which just formated another computer).
But again the same behaviour occurs.

Laptop as soon as you try to boot from USB and loads the Windows logo, it freezes and restarts... and then shows ACPI BIOS error.

                What the hell?

                  Try a new bios chip.
Can you " Set the ACPI mode to S1 in BIOS " ?

                    easy.
I have plenty of Winbond brand new chips un-written.

So i will try a new one, with your file and cross my fingers.

Because it's really strange in my mind, a stressed tested laptop ,to hang up as soon as you get into the windows 10 , load screen for the format.

I even tried an SSD/M.2 with pre-installed windows 10 fresh installed , to boot it from ,just to see if evertyhing will go fine, but again it showed the ACPI BIOS error.

Will let you know within the day.

The only similar option like that was the "Power management the CPU" and Disabled it, again the same.
There is no "ACPI" clear option in the BIOS Settings.

The same thing happens to the E530,E330 they have a non acpi compliant bios.

                              Which means?

                              So we are stuck ?
It doesn't have battery as well, for me to update the latest version of BIOS (in case it's needed).

                              On the other hand....

Managed to install Linux Ubuntu 21.1 easy - as piece of cake. No problem!

Only in Windows there is problem...

Any other suggestions ? It's strange that this laptop doesn't want to boot from any other device.

Does it still have the recovery partition with the original OS ? ,if it does you can install the OS and upgrade to win 10, but make backup images first of the partitions or the whole disk

No ,it was bought without disk.
I have also "bought from USA"the first recovery image, but again ,it didn't even boot into this image.

I cannot update the BIOS ,due to i don't have the same exact battery in operation mode.
