asus x2020e no power

I just waited the battery to arrive because the board has battery issue the after testing the laptop it wont turn on at all..


CHECK
1st , 2nd mosfet not shorted

pq8801 pin4 0v
pin 321 0.9v
pin 5 19v

voltage wont pass throught the second mosfet im missing a signal at pin 4 of the first mosfet

cehcking the charging IC PU8800

PIN1 - 0.9V
PIN2 - 0.9V
PIN3 - 0.4V
PIN4 - 0.4V
PIN5 - 0V
PIN6 - 3.1V
PIN7 - 0V
PIN8 - 0V
PIN9 - 0V
PIN 10 - 0V
PIN 11 - 1.5V
PIN 12 - 0.9V
PIN13 - 0.9V
PIN 14 - 0V
PIN 15 -0V
PIN 16 - 6.0V
PIN 17 - 5.8V
PIN 18- 0.9V
PIN 19 - 0.9V
PIN 20 - 20V

hope someone can tell if the charger ic is dead or not?

my ACDET is 3.1 must be 3.3v an
and BATDRV must be 12.4v I get only 1.5v
also missing acok

I also dried a working charer ic like this BQ24735RGRR readings didnt change. board ic is a bq24725A

overall trying to repair the issue it was just have a bad bios now itws working

Not very convinced. Never had a case where bios flash solved +19V not passing on to CLR. It may be 'coz of heat applied during bios chip solder/desolder.
