I am currently building a video sync trigger which can automatically determine a video mode based on sync polarity, line count and Vertical frequency, so therefore, I am after sync frequencies (three decimal places is ideal) and polarities for HP/DEC/VAX/Apollo/SGI/Sun and other non-PC workstations along with the Apple Portrait Display (640x870).

Sync frequencies and polarities for non-PC workstations
My first choice in quality Japanese electrolytics is Nippon Chemi-Con, which has been in business since 1931... the quality of electronics is dependent on the quality of the electrolytics.Tags: None -

Re: Sync frequencies and polarities for non-PC workstations
This database was helpful; in this database, the only two monitors which were not multi-synchronous were both Apollo while many of the monitors for workstations in this database were multi-synchronous which came out in the early to mid-80s.
According to a Sony DDM-2801 service manual (which this model was mentioned in an article reprint (How to Drive 4-Mpixel Displays, Electronic Design, 3/89) in the 1990 Brooktree Graphics and Imaging Products Applications Handbook), the 2048x2048 60Hz resolution has 2114 lines with -/- H/V sync polarities. My first choice in quality Japanese electrolytics is Nippon Chemi-Con, which has been in business since 1931... the quality of electronics is dependent on the quality of the electrolytics.Comment

by grimacelordHello. I have a PS4 Slim model number CUH-2115B that is having a problem with syncing any controller by USB and Bluetooth. Every controller I have tried will not sync, and I know that the controllers will sync fine to another PS4, so it's not a controller problem. I have tried 5 different USB cables and 3 different controllers and none of them sync to this PS4, but will on others.
The USB ports on the PS4 is delivering 5V power and does charge the controllers (I checked with an USB ammeter).
The controllers also do not work in Safe Mode. I understand that if they... -

by baldharryHello all,
Can anyone help me identify the chip marked with a red circle in the attached picture. I'm pretty sure it is Analog Devices component but which one. The component is part of an sync-on-green signal separator.
Thanks in advance.... -

I've replaced the above mB with a near identical one (best I can find). 17MB130S 23665848, was quoted as being from same model 50".
Picture is out of sync.
Could it need reconfiguring to this particular panel? Or is this a tcon/cable fault?
note: this is the second replacement board i have tried, first one was also same model but slightly different serial. same picture out of sync.

by giovehi I have a PS4 model cuh-1216A that does not sync the controllers. Better to say cold sometimes everything works correctly but when I turn it off and on again after a while it no longer synchronizes the controllers. It must be said that the Wifi has not worked for some time and so I proceeded to replace the AW-nb218 chip, unfortunately without solving either problem. Controllers plugged into the USB charge fine and always work in safe mode. can anyone help me to solve?
