So, tv is fixed. Problem was in one strip. During first burning of LEDs somehow top coper layer was shorted to bottom cooling plate on 2 places, what makes shortcut and overburn new LEDs. I found those 2 spots, cut top layer, remove shortcut and back light is working again.
PS: PSU BN44-00771A without connected backligth has 270-280V as normal.
