Nothing special. Standard N-channel mosfet.

Locate any donor board and find another N-channel mosfet.

Very high chance it will function the same. First confirm the donor is also N-channel.

Be sure to solder back in the same direction for pin #1.

Pins 1-2-3 will be shorted. See the bottom of each mosfet before replacing.

@piernov almost the same on the ao4468 except for Maximum Drain Current 4410n 13aam while ao4468 is 10.5amp only. can i use this?

It should work fine. Monitor the heat of this part. Source some hefty mosfets for your tool box for future servicing. Many from Texas instruments work well. The mosfets are not super critical here.

@mon thanks its working, I just put thermal pads to the mosfet to cool down the heat on the mosfet

Excellent. Thanks for the thread closure. It will help future readers. If you do service, consider to source spares from AliExpress to repair other units. These mosfets fail often. Also stock up on the popular charging ICs from TI.

The mosfets are not super critical here.

They did not tell which circuit of which machine the MOSFET is used in.
