The datasheet isn`t available only a pinout from a motherboard schematic. Check carefully for the difference in pin 3 between the pinout and SY8208A datasheet - http://www.datasheetcafe.com/sy8208b...sheet-silergy/
tanks for reply i have the schematic of the motherboard day31amb6c0
the problem of this laptop was the BQ24738H after the replacement I have the charge indicator, but the motherboard no power on, I have 5v on the coil pl21 and not 3.3v on the coil pl 20.
Ad_id pin voltage?
Do you get ldo out 3 volt?
KBC pin 100 is s5_on signal for en1 pin so we have voltage divider at en1. En will enable ic if voltage above 1.5 volt. Check coil impedance should be above 300 ohm.
I told you en1 should be above 1.5 volt to work
Ldo is out 3 volt
Did you check KBC pin 100 for s5_on pin voltage?
First we have to make sure s5_on is coming then we check for below
What is bios chip I'd,
Do you have oscilloscope?
If not then locate crystal at motherboard it is just like a power diode with frequency written nearby like 20mhz etc.
Voltage should be 1.5 at crystal when check multimeter.
What is voltage on rtc cell ,must be above 2.8 volts.
KBC pin 100: 0v
bios 25B64BS
i don't have oscilloscope.
tell me plz sir what voltage i have to measure in pl21 because when i push power button i measure 5v not 3.3v its normal?
Not normal 5 volt is there because en2 is giving 5 output which is internally shorted to pl 21 output connected pin .
S5_on is not coming from KBC that is strange
Check ad_id voltage and try replacing adapter
Bios Vol for this chip is 3.3volt
What is voltage on pl 20 coil ?
Check pin 11 of KBC ,you can check c350 cap which is connected to pin 11 of KBC. It will tell Io vcc is good or not
If pin 11 has 5 or 0 volt it means we need to replace 3.3 Vol ic.

hi everyone. I made a bad manipulation we are trying to take measurements on the ic pu12 I touch the pin 1 with the ground. this line comes from sio S5_ON pin 100. now I have no charger indicator.
pl20:0v
pl21:0v
pu12 voltages:
1:0.084v
2:0v
3:0v
4:0v
5:3.3v
6:2.8v
7:5v
8:19v
9:gnd
10:0v
my question is how can i check if sio is ok or not
plz help
No need to worry ,excess voltage is bad for Io but here you have given zero volt to en1 which turned off 3.3 voltage ic and your KBC is getting power from 3 voltage chip
Here we have to replace 3volt ic and your problem will get resolved
hi everyone
after replacing PR185,PR112 i have a adapter indicator ok,but still not working yet.with original adapter i have no voltages on pl20,pl21 even when i push power button.but with power supply i have 5v on pl21 and 0v on pl20 and i can see a consummation of 780ma also when i push power button; i have voltage on all coil except PL14:0.11v with strange voltage on bios chip 5v not 3.3v

Why would you have 5V on PL21 it should be 3.3V .Check the part number on PU11 ,it should be SY8208B ,not C
