    HP Stream Password Help.

Mother in law gave me a HP Stream 14-ax002na running on windows 10. She has long forgotten the password, so I tried to factory reset, however it wont let me as says there is not enough space, (not suprising as its a measly 32gb) and wants me to free some up, but since I cant get into it without the password, I cant. Ive tried removing password with CMD, by typing net user (username) * but that doesnt seem to work on this one. Wont even list the users to me by typing net user.

Any ideas without having to get an fresh install?

i dont know the device, if it has a dvd drive you could boot the DaRT disc and reset the whole thing.
better to just wipe it though - stick Linux or win7 on it
