hp g62-a46se cannot power on

I need help on this HP g62-a46se the problem is cannot power on, I checked the voltages 19v, 3.3v and 5v present and 3.3v on power switch present ,but there is no voltages on bios chip.the board id

Check the board may be it have two bios EC and main bios...find your EC bios chip and reflah it with working dump...and may be you checking voltage on main bios if it has two bios chip then main bios receive voltage after switch on so find your EC (KBC) bios first it it will be 128kb or 256 kb chip.

thanks for the response yes you are right it has ec bios W25X20BV and main is mx25l3205d, does anyone have a working bios for this model please both main and ec please share

alaborbe i flashed the file with you bios both ec and main still there is no voltages on MAIN bios chip,I noticed on power button pins PIN12367 have 3.3v and pin 458 have 0v,but when i touch the pin3 with the probe the light comes but not turning on and still there is no voltage on the main bios chip.please help on this

This is not a bios issue in my opinion as alaborbe has already given you Official bios to try with. Look further.

thanks for the response but i dont have schematic for this i dont know where to look because ive already checked voltages 19v present 3.3v and 5v present on the coil and on the power switch there is 3.3v on PIN12367, but if i touch pin3 with probe lights on the motherboard comes up but the fan not spinning and there is no 3.3v on main bios chip.

anyone please help if i touch with the probe on pin3 on the power switch lights on the motherboard present but not turning on and when i removed the probe from pin3 lights goes off

What voltage do you have on pin3 of the power switch? You should have +5V.
