im learning with h61 chipsets,(ga-h61m-s1)


i think, the enable here refer to enable cpu vcore and vldt voltages right?
not enable ic" is is enable with 3vsb , vbat or Analog vcc right?

first ite check 12v if ok

then check 5v

after that chech 5volt standby ,3.3 volt standby

after all voltage ok .pson signal send to h61 chip

if search youtube /find that

before do anything. check 5,12 5volt sb ,and dc to dc convertor "5=>3.3 sb"
may be some capacitor is shorted
