OLD HP Vectra VL400 - not start, beeps PSU in protected mode

    Hello.
Have this OLD HP Vectra VL400 with board mark D9820-60011 that not start. 2 beeps pointing to "PSU in protection mode" which leads me to nothing, because psu is ok and i dont find any short on board and when shorting green wire on ATX connector PSU start. it was replaced by normal psu but it dont have fan to CPU, so CPU was overheating. So where to find fault. board, CPU ? dont have schema or bv so i need help

The HP PSU has a feedback pin, if the fan stops working a signal is sent to the PSU to shut down.Soldering the resistor mentioned fools the motherboard into thinking there is a load there and everything is ok

psu was replaced by not hp but normal atx, thats why it dont have right holes for cpu coling

"The old PSU has a line connected to the fan connector on the motherboard, and it was working, until the PSU died. So we do need a fan signal line (the "tachometric signal") from the PSU. Please see the link below:

However, Moddiy does not have an adapter for our model."

Solder a resistor and its good.

tried but still the same. board have slot and original psu have connector, but custommer said that it worked ok for few months with casual ATX psu
