Hi Mike,
Based on L8, might be a dual diode, common anode schottky diode.
BAR15 or BAT721A
Check in circuit with meter on diode range to confirm. Expect forward voltage about 0.25v

its from a samsung board model number: BN41-02568, can find any schematic diagram of this board. Hope someone can share...
