I have a toshiba 40l3653db with flashing green light, found this forum & thread searching google unsucessfully for firmware.
Can anyone help, point me to any appropiate firmware?

it will also help if you can let us know what mainboard is used in this set and also on the back metal part of the lcd panel chassis there should be a white sticker that will tell us what lcd panel is used in your tv.
