Motherboard - Msi B450 Gaming MAX (MS-7B86 r3.1).
Two elements heat up (over 70 ° C): U 51 - 6797d-m and U54 - gs7116s5.
I did not find any other problems, the system installed and tested under load. Where to look for a problem with high temperature?

the 5 pins one is likely a 3.3 power converter u54 for the IO chip u51.
look like IO is shorted, hence power supply will be heated. IO is for monitoring other components. I guess it is abit too hot for the usage... might fail anytime.
either your u54 die first or IO die first.
