When power button is pressed nothing is change
I checked the power board and found 3.3V and 12V.

can you post good straight on pictures of each board and one of the whole back, as to see how everything is connected.

can you get a clear close picture of the map/legend right there by R6410, maybe check all the diodes and resistors on top of the board.

            Hi
Could be a backlighting issue? I will check the leds with a tester.

ok, also see if you have the ac_detect voltage there on your connector on powerboard, and trace the standby wire back to mainboard and see if you have that 3.3 voltage on the mainboard connector.

                Re: Sony KD-43X8309C

On CN6401 ac_off_det = 3.475V and standby voltage on the mainboard is 3.475V
The backlight LEDs are ok and voltage on the rectifier diode(cathode) of backlight power supply is 65.6V

Main board is the main suspected, almost 95%, on it near the power connector, that 20 pin soic chip is a PIC16 microcontroller? if yes must be reprogrammed, not sure it solves..

does the optical port on mainboard light up when you try to turn on tv?

                      Re: Sony KD-43X8309C

Looks like a bad EMMC, in more than 95% the EMMC has reached the "end of life" status and must be changed with a new loaded EMMC.

Whatching THIS.. and .. THIS.. it seems a proper PIC microC, so i bet for that..

THe tv has no signs of life so bad standby SW, that reseats in the PIC..

In these chassis, eMMC Flash and the MediaTek processor (SoC) are mainly dying.

                            Hi guys,

Thank you for your support. From the beginning I suspected the mainboard with a bad eeprom .
Indeed, it's a PIC microcontroller on the board PIC16F527. Can be reprogrammed or replaced?
If it is a bad EMMC can be replaced?

must be reprogrammed, two ways to test, first reading it normally, TL866II+ could support maybe, save, freeze the chip, read again, compare dumps, if changes write the second back. Other way, search the web for a dump.

Hi guys, if I will replace the mainboard with a functional one what changes would I need to make?

match up the numbers of the white sticker on the replacement board to your board to make sure you get the right one, may have to do a firmware update/pair after you put in new board.
