Default Pioneer Xdj-rx

Hello
Today I am struggling with a controller for dj xdj-rx, I have a low volume on the main output of the master compared to the booth, both should have + 6db output but the difference is heard enough, I saw that on the board where the various outputs the master is driven by 2 njm4850d, could they be the problem? thanks to those who can help me, I do not have an oscilloscope, I cannot attach the service manual because it is too heavy if it were to be needed I have one
