How do I unplug this??

Hi, everybody. I am taking apart an HP vs17e monitor. I need to get to the power board. I am stuck with this:

Cant tell from that picture where it is? can you do other shots from further away?
Is it same as HP19 -see herehttps://www.badcaps.net/forum/showthread.php?p=256240#post256240 perhaps pics there will help or you can point out which socket you are at if the boards are the same

That seems to be the flex cable from the display, just pull upwards with a bit of force because those things are usually glued on the underside, after the flex is free you can unplug the cable from the T-CON board.

I figured it out on my own. There is this silver panel with a screw that is SO HARD to get out. I FINALLY got that screw out and unplugged the cable. Thanks for the help anyways!
