Panasonic TX-L55ET5B wont turn on, flashing red light

I have a Panasonic TX-L55ET5B that wont turn on.

When you press the power switch on set, you get the blinking green light, then it goes solid, the display comes on and goes off 3 times, then it goes off completely and the power light slowly flashes red continuously.

If I hold power button and turn it off, and back on, it does the same as above.

When the display is on, there is a noticeable noise from inverter board, that is only audible when screen is illuminated, it goes off and back on with the screen.

I have attached pics of rear and boards.

    Any help grately appreciated.

Google for a service manual. Panasonics typically will blink an error code.

The noise when display comes on is coming from one of these in attached picture, think the far right one.

Its quite a high pitched noise and quite loud

Is that likely to be the problem?

I would check the leds using a led tester
from the connectors first without having to take it apart first.

also check voltages at the led inverter there

We have seen a few of these come in to the shop, main board generally get's the good old cracked joints on the BGA chip for this model.
remove the heatsink on the main board, heat up the BGA chip with hot air, see if that temporarily fixes your issue.
Often when the main boards go bad, they won't self diagnose properly and then won't throw the correct error codes, or won't throw an error code at all.
