    Help! Can't fix Samsung 60" TV UN60J6200AFXZA

Here is a picture on my Samsung 60" UN60J6200AFXZA

    https://photos.app.goo.gl/1iXQ6ZgJyDCBnXnM9

Tried all I could: replaced the t-con board and mainboard. Swapped all cables. I see no defect on the panel cables either and touching them does not change the picture. I have no idea what to do next. Any help is greatly appreciated! Thanks!

Doesn't look like anyone wants to try on the sammys, I'll try to help you, do you have a multimeter for testing? Can you use the attachment to post some good clear str8 on pictures of each board and one of the whole back to see how they are arranged?

Check the voltages at connector CNM803, see the little map/legend nearby? check voltage with tv in standy, then power on tv and check them again, report both conditions here, so put pin # pin name like ps-on and the voltage. Positive probe on pin, neg. on metal chassis ground, you may have to use something pretty small to check some of them, I use a very small needle to get contact with the pins that are not easily accessible, looks like you can reach the top pins easily from the rear of the connector.

You need to put down the pin names so we can easily see what is pin is for when looking at your result.

99.9% your panel (LCD) edge boards had contact before with wet subjects. take look at it.

You are right, pin 7 is not 0v it is 12.7v

                        7 - A13V - 12.7v - my mistake

I inspected the edge boards with magnifying glass and I see no damage at all. Also this is my TV and I know what it never had any contact with water. It is possible that I damaged something dissasembling the panel (I replaced backlight LEDs), but I see no damage on the cables/boards.

WHat should be my next step?

Did you disconnect the ribbon cables from tcon to panel strip at the panel strip end. They don't look like they are inserted correctly since you can see the contacts on the ribbons rising up at the left-hand side (in your photo) away from the connector. Post #4, last picture.
                          Could just be the photo.
