I patched the bios file and used ch341a to write it directly on the chip. I get 5 + 5 beeps and no display. After that, i wrote original bios and it's working the same as before (locked bios). I have attached original bios and patched bios. I think it might be me region lock can anyone help with it?

Hello, I think your problem is that your BIOS file does not contain any Intel firmware ME region.
Please check it yourself with the ME Analyzer

Is there a solution for L14 gen 1 to remove the bios password?

The files are patched, so that you only have to press ENTER key to complete the unlock, no KEY is needed as far as I know... try.

Try to use the Auto-Patcher next time, so that the resulting patched bios files do not require a KEY.
Who patched your bios file? In order to know which algorithm to use. Provide a Hardware ID and I will provide you with the KEY, remember that BACKSPACE key do not work to correct a mistyped KEY.

Do you have a Hardware ID + matching KEY that you have used before?

i have the original hardware id and the first key, but the computer sat for awhile and was unresponsive so i reboot it. original Hardware id 1809260 and original key 1369857. While the first id was on the screen the computer sat for too long became unresponsive so i rebooted then tried putting in the key i got not realizing that the id regenerates when rebooted

Verify, the closest match I get is this one:
                                        (Hardware ID: 1809260)
                                        The KEY is (new-A): 1369856

Post a new Hardware ID and wait for the KEY.

                                          1369857

                                          Enter and
Press 2x space bar when asked. Turn off the computer.
and restore your original bios . Done:

thats what i got for the original key. do you think it could have been a typo
