If you sort it out turn OFF auto updates because there's something fishy about a LOT of samsung updates screwing tv's up, big time.

reset TV from the access menu useless to repair / over write bad sectors on NAND
Only Hard reset from service menu will do the job.

Maybe diff can hook you up with that 20 Pound nand chip, took a quick look only saw one for 33.

Thanks all, yes I did the factory reset from the service menu as some of D series Samsung's have no option to reset within the normal menu.

I'll try renaming the file and if that doesn't work then it looks like I'll just buy a pre-programmed Nand unless anyone has any further suggestions?

I have the same issue on a D series. What was the outcome? Did you replace the NAND chip?
