I suppose next candidate is the PCH. Just for piece of mind before reballing - replacing it, check resistance on coils near it.
Most newer designs that use Intel's PCH have problems with it rather with the GPU (personal experience)

Thanks Atsio for the reply .
This is my PCH just ?
And around it in some poins i have 7.8 or 8 ohm resistance.
What do you think i do a reball of PCH

              Yes, that is the PCH.
8 ohm is not a short and also not normal for supplies of PCH. Where exactly do you have those readings (photos)? What is the ohm reading of you multimeter when you place your probes on two different ground points on the board?
As I pointed earlier you should check resistance on coils relative to ground.

It would be nice if somebody with a working board would give us his/hers readings on all major coils.

What is the voltage (with power) on the points that you have 7,8 ohm?

I think you should replace the PCH.

I do not think reballing will do any good. It's up to you. Check again resistance after removing the HM65.

no turn off from button, the same problem with battery

i try bios, i change RT9045 , change RT8206A , another cpu, another ram memory , the same problem

as atsio say , for my experience specially on asus models , are PCH related and usually after replacement all good , pch are not good for reball , alltough i made few work reballing them , until now then never came in , but ... im more turned into replacement
