    At one time, it could be the DC-DC converter inductors resonating, but it seems that it is likely to be the water pump (PWM control?)
    My first choice in quality Japanese electrolytics is Nippon Chemi-Con, which has been in business since 1931... the quality of electronics is dependent on the quality of the electrolytics.

    It might have a BLDC motor (like in a computer fan)
    Those can make noise sometimes.
